Trading Platforms - eToro CopyTrader
eToro's trading platform is well designed. Very clean and great functions, eToro successfully combined good design with functionality. The menus and buttons are where you expect them to be, everything is labelled correctly and the colour scheme is easy to watch.
It is hard to customize though, as the panels are fixed. Apart from the watchlist, which is easy to change. Added security by a two-step login.
Mobile Apps - Available in 21 languages
eToro provides free mobile trading apps for smartphones and mobile devices for trading or monitoring positions on the go.
The mobile platform has the same great functionality as the web platform. It uses mobile-specific intuitive functions, such as push notifications or good touch interactions. For example, you can swipe left and right in your portfolio to access charts or open a new trade.
The apps are very well designed. All the functionality of the main web platform is incorporated. It is well laid and doesn't feel cramped to operate.
Security is vital with mobile apps and the eToro applications are very secure, you need to be able to trust and rely on the app. The security tools within the Android and iOS systems are utilised to the latest standards, so your account is safe. Regular updates are frequently made available to update the user experience and improve order execution.
Assets to Trade
eToro has an excellent range of tradeable instruments, with a competitive quantity of each asset type. There are 47 forex pairs, 2.000 stock CFDs from across the world, 13 stock indices, 145 exchange-traded funds (ETFs), 16 cryptocurrency pairs, 14 commodities and precious metals.
